Leadership Maitland- 2021-2022

Leadership Maitland is designed to empower professionals to build and maintain a strong network of interconnected community leaders. We are driven to cultivate leadership through community immersion and interaction.

This exclusive seven-month program encourages growth of its members by engaging with interactive activities, onsite events, and panel discussions with mentors, business experts and other key executives. The curriculum provides broad-based leadership perspectives to familiarize the participants with the challenges, opportunities, and resources for the benefit of their businesses and the community at large. Leadership Maitland participants develop lifelong personal relationships through the bond of common experiences and friendships made while learning about the greater Maitland area and general business resources together.

What is the Commitment?

Leadership Maitland runs annually from November to May, with sessions occurring on the third Thursday of the month. These half day sessions run from 9:00AM – 1:00PM and include all course materials, program presentations and light refreshments. At the completion of seven Leadership Maitland working sessions, the program culminates with a graduation ceremony and lunch where we celebrate your achievements.

Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions in order to complete the program. Participants who miss more than one session may be denied graduation.

Tuition** to join Leadership Maitland is $1,000 for Maitland Area Chamber of Commerce members, and $1,250 for nonmembers. Tuition includes all sessions, materials, and refreshments during the program. The graduation lunch is free for the program participant. Tuition is due in full when selected in to the program.
